Fees

We are very aware that legal fees are a concern to many people. As a result, we make every effort to accommodate your particular financial situation.

At the outset, we will give you an estimate or range of legal fees and disbursements or expenses you can expect to pay. In civil litigation cases, the successful party recovers some of these fees and disbursements from the losing party as costs.

Most cases are handled on an hourly fee basis, but some cases such as motor vehicle, personal injury and collection cases can be handled on a contingency fee basis where it costs you no fees until you receive your money.

A retainer is required before we can take your case on. A retainer is held in trust until an invoice is rendered.
